• SERVICE POLICY: *All
flammable items such as acetone and acrylic liquid are handled only by truck
line carriers therefore minimum quantities are required to fully process
orders. *Foreign freight orders must be prepaid plus tax and other
insurances. *All flammable and hazardous materials may cause skin irritation
and are accompanied by special restrictions from individual states. Please make
sure your private labels are proper and provide customers with disclaimers and
acknowledgements. *KVN Products designed for nail supply
distribution only and beauty professionals interested in adding resale products
to their menus of service. You must understand the requirements before retailing
items to an individual user. All KVN products are for professional salon use
only and are not for individual sale.
• KVN PRICING SYSTEM: 1. Entry
Dealer: As an entry dealer, there is no minimum purchase requirement. Freight
must be prepaid and other charge may apply. 2. Wholesale Dealer: Those who
have an established relationship with KVN may be considered as wholesale
dealers. To be considered a wholesale dealer, purchase must be Pallets size
3. Master Dealer: Only one master dealer can be assigned to a certain
territory. Total purchases must exceed pallets up to containers size.
• RETURNS TERMS AND
CONDITIONS: At KVN Coskm, Inc. We pursue perfection in all products
that we carry. We also satisfy our customers by individually formulating to meet
each dealer needs, therefore, our return policy may not apply to all conditions.
Most return material will be subject to a 10-20% restocking fee. All claims must
be verified within 7 days of the invoice date. Shipping on exchanges is the
responsibility of the buyer. We require that you e-mail for pre-approval
prior to returning merchandise for exchange.
• SHIPPING TERM: Shipping of
equipment and merchandise F.O.B. KVN plant and liability for loss or damage of
goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Please check the
number of boxes and the amount on the bill of lading. Make sure your freight is
not damaged before you signed. We do not credit any shortage after you accept
freight carrier’s responsibility.
